4. Terms for Employers
- Job Postings: Employers are solely responsible for the content of the job descriptions they post. Postings must be genuine and relate to active job openings.
- Hiring Decisions: Employers are responsible for performing their own reference checks, background checks, and verification of candidate credentials before making hiring decisions.
- Fees & Billing: Certain employer options (contract staffing, bulk recruitment, and subscription packages) are subject to payment of fees as specified in our pricing sheets or agreements.
5. Terms for Candidates
- Information Authenticity: Candidates represent and warrant that all information submitted in their profiles, resumes, and credentials is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- Applications: Submitting applications does not guarantee an interview or placement. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employers.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.
